About R. L. Smith Trucking, LLC

R. L. Smith Trucking, LLC was started in 1976 by Robert and Vivian Smith with 1 tractor trailer and end dump truck. They worked with construction companies in the area and in 1980, the business grew to 5 trucks and then 7. Their children, Tim and Todd finished college and joined the business in 1990 and 1991 respectively. Robert Smith, the owner, bought a new location and has since helped the business grow to new heights. 

Tim and Todd after joining the company started working on truck repairs and more. They now hold the position of operation managers and also do dispatching. Although Vivian retired from accounting for the business 3 years back, R. L. Smith Trucking, LLC is still involved in the working of the trucks and oversees operations. We maintain our own trucks and provide hands-on service.
